Become an Ambassador. We live in an interconnected world; what happens in other countries affects all of us. Build awareness about global poverty at your workplace, school and/or communities through outreach sessions and activities to get others involved in joining our cause. You will receive outreach tools and training to become an Ambassador. Sponsor a Participant or become a Corporate Sponsor. Increasingly, companies and organizations around the U.S. see the value in being good "corporate citizens" to build a safer and more prosperous world for our children and future generations. You and your company/organization can be seen as part of the solution to reducing poverty and security problems here and around the world.
DonateYour tax-deductible donation can make a tremendous impact on saving lives, educating children and helping families to lift themselves out of poverty. 100 percent of donations to AKF USA go directly to projects supported by the Foundation. Not a cent is spent on administrative costs. AKF USA is a private, non-profit tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service code. Make an online donation. Online Contributions can now be made via Electronic Checking and PayPal (Debit and Credit Card). You may also mail your donation in the form of check or money order to Aga Khan Foundation U.S.A. , 1825 K Street, N.W., Suite 901, Washington D.C. 20006. Apply for Matching Funds As a donor or volunteer of AKF USA, your donation and/or volunteer hours may be eligible for matching funds by your company to multiply your contribution and leverage each dollar event more. From New York City to Los Angles from Chicago to Orlando, there are different programs and activities ranging from Walks to corporate luncheons to lunch-&-learns at businesses throughout the year in various parts of the country.
