Our initiatives

PartnershipsInAction initiatives range from community events such as Partnership Walk to corporate and professional networking events such as Partnership Reception. Joint initiatives with academic institutions include modules for schools, film screenings and educational exercises to engage students, parents and teachers in activities that promote a deeper appreciation for what it means to be a responsible global citizen.

Participants, sponsors, partners and volunteers of PartnershipsInAction are part of a worldwide movement, mobilizing around the universal Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), committed to cut extreme poverty and hunger in half by 2015.

Leaders from government, corporations, media, academia and the arts as well as community groups join together each year and raise millions to create sustainable solutions for the world’s most vulnerable communities. 100% of the funds raised at PartnershipsInAction events and all net proceeds from Partnership Golf go directly to support the Foundation’s projects; not a cent is spent on administrative costs.
