57 golfers took a swing at ending global poverty by raising $75,000 in the Austin Partnership Golf tournament at the Avery Ranch Golf Club in Austin, Texas.
The tournament attracted high-level corporate executives, civic leaders and local celebrities. Haley Rushing of the Purpose Foundation gave the keynote address, saying that Aga Khan Foundation “is in the business of giving people a vision of what’s possible and giving them the wherewithal to actually manifest that better future in their lives.”
